How often should I ask you to visit my property?

This depends on the type of home, the equipment left in operation, the amount of mail, etc. We recommend a visit every week or every two weeks, although we adapt to you: our services are personalized and we establish them according to your needs.

In which areas of the Costa del Sol do you offer your services?

We offer our services in Marbella and surrounding areas such as Riviera del Sol, Calahonda, Mijas Costa and Estepona.

Are you available 24/7?

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6 pm. However, we are available for emergencies that occur outside of these hours, bank holidays, and weekends for an additional cost.

Do you offer cleaning, maintenance and repair services?

We offer cleaning services adapted to your needs as well as basic maintenance services. In addition, we can can also liaise with reliable local service providers at your request.

What type of report can I expect?

We send a report after each visit via email or whatsapp indicating the time and date of the visit. We generally include images and/or videos.

How do we pay for your services?

An invoice for the services previously agreed upon will be sent via email every 3 months in advance, on the first day of the corresponding month. Payment must be made before the 5th day of said month. The amount of the invoice will depend on the type of arrangement you have with us.
In addition to periodical agreements, you may request one-off or specific services for which payment will be agreed and payed in advance.

Why can I trust you with access to my property?

We are a small family run company and only people within our circle of trust can access your home under our supervision.

How can we cancel your services?

We cannot make refunds for periods that have already commenced and are paid for. You can, however, cancel our services for subsequent periods. You need to notify us in writing one month prior to the date you wish to terminate our services.
