Rental Sevice
At 'Ninasol Properties' we would be delighted to help you find suitable tenants and manage both short-term and long-term rentals. We take care of all the services related to property lettings, such as checking the property when the tenants leave, creating and checking inventories, cleaning, delivery and collection of keys.
Cleaning
We adapt our cleaning service to your needs. Some clients simply want an occasional cleaning before starting their vacation, others require weekly cleaning and laundry service.
Maintenance
We are here to save you time and effort in all aspects of caring for your property by helping you find suitable and reliable maintenance providers. We also coordinate access to your property with technicians, distributors or suppliers.
