Who we are

María Veiras

María was born in Spain, but she also studied and worked in the UK and is therefore totally bilingual. She has over 12 years of experience in the property market on the Costa del Sol.

When she first moved over from England she worked for an estate agency in Puerto Banús where she gained extensive knowledge of the area and the local real estate market.

Subsequently, she worked for a property development company established in the Sotogrande area.  In addition to supporting prospective buyers, María was responsible for the development of a rental department. She has ample experience in liaising with maintenance and cleaning teams, decorators, as well as dealing with all aspects related to buying, renting and maintaining properties.  

María knows first hand the difficulties that can arise when you own a property in Spain but you live part of the year or most of the time abroad. She is here to offer you the support and assistance you may need!
